Neus Ballús is a film director, screenwriter and editor. His films, such as La Plaga or Seis Días Corrientes, have premiered at internationally prestigious festivals, such as the Berlinale, the Locarno Film Festival or SEMINCI, and have received numerous awards around the world, including 9 Gaudí Awards. She has been nominated twice for the Goya Awards, for La Plaga and for her last short film, Blow!, and also for the European Film Awards. In parallel to her career as a filmmaker, Ballús regularly teaches seminars at universities, film schools and cultural institutions around the world (Harvard, ESCAC, UPF, ECAM, ECIB, ...), and is the founder of the film production company El Kinògraf.
